Sideware, NextClick Ink eCRM Deal

[Toronto, CANADA] Sideware, a developer of customer service solutions for e-businesses inked an e-business partnership agreement with NextClick: The Personalization Agency, a Calgary-based network of personalization technology companies.

NextClick will offer Sideware's electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) software to companies in NextClick's network of personalization technology organizations.

"Personalization is an important part of Sideware's eCRM technology, because we provide the ability to link to databases containing customer preferences and buying history, so there is good synergy between Sideware and NextClick," said James Speros, president and chief operating officer, Sideware.

Sideware developed Dr. Bean, a Java-based eCRM software tool that provides online customers with live real time online customer service.

Nextclick has offices in New York, San Francisco and Calgary, Alberta. Its network includes Net Perceptions, iContact, Exactis.com and YellowBrix.

Sideware develops customer service solutions for e-businesses. The company is also an independent software vendor of IBM and has coupled eCRM technology with IBM products. Sideware is a Premier Software Partner of Siebel, to provide integrated Internet customer service solutions.

Based in Reston, Va., Sideware Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sideware Systems Inc. of North Vancouver, BC.
